Olli Kopakkala
Ultra-athlete with strong background on marketing and startups
Olli has been an entrepreneur since 13 years old. His best known success story is UKKO.fi, which he co-founded in 2012. UKKO.fi’s cumulative GMV is over one billion euros. Before and after UKKO.fi, Olli has worked in online marketing, specializing in profitable customer acquisition.
Olli has worked with hundreds of different companies, from gambling to guns, comic books and renovations.
On his free time Olli does ultraruns and ultratriathlons. His book about endurance sports was published in 2025.
Oiva Kumpulainen
UX Designer extraordinarie behind the success of UKKO.fi
Oiva is a UX designer with a broad background in graphic design, branding, and digital product design. He has worked as an in-house designer, a consultant, and a freelancer, gaining versatile experience across a range of roles. His core expertise lies in UX design, covering the entire process from concept development to high-fidelity prototyping.
Oiva has supported the success of both private and public sector clients, including well-known brands such as UKKO.fi and Bodymaja. Most recently, Bodymaja was acquired by Mehiläinen, the largest health service provider in Finland.
In his free time, he enjoys orienteering, ultramarathon training, and bouldering.
Full-stack developer with exit-background, living in a boat
Antti has over 20 years of experience in software and app development. He was the CTO and one of the key builders of Apix, which grew from the ground up to become Finland’s largest e-invoicing operator.
Antti led the company’s technology for 12 years until it was acquired by Accountor. Since then, he has continued working remotely while living aboard his sailing boat and exploring the world.
Antti is doing his first Ultramarathon in the spring.
