First you can see the name of the tile and then how many times you have visited that tile. The name of the tile helps with communicating about certain locations.
On the right side of tile the tile info-screen you can see the names of people how have visited that tile the most times, who has been the founder of that particular tile, and which user has been there most recenty.
Mayor
Mayor is Wandrio-player who has visited the tile which you looking, the most times in the past 90 days. Each activity counts as a one visit. In this image, you can see, that Piet Su has visited this tile 28 times in the last 90 days and thus is the Mayor of this particular tile. Maybe he is trying to get the Legend-status, which is held by mr Mysteeri-Pekka, with total of 1122 visits.
Finder
Finder is the wandrerer, who has been first in this tile, before anyone else has visited it. You can also see the date when he was there. If you think you have been there before this date, and have the data to show it, go find it and upload, to secure your spot!
Legend
The status of Legend is reserved for the player who has come to this tile day after day, totaling more visits than anyone else. Only one visit per day is counted for this achievement. This means that as I have visited this tile 8 times, I need to come here every day for the next the three years, and try to prevent Mysteeri-Pekka from recording activities at this location.
